2024 VENDOR REGISTRATION
Registration is now OPEN!
Please read the following before applying!
• Vendors must be approved in advance by application and portfolio. Please submit a portfolio of product photos or link us to your existing website. Photos or links can be submitted by email to GoochlandALA215@gmail.com for consideration.

• Vendors must pre-pay. In the case you are not accepted any payments will be returned to you.
​
• Vendors must take into account space limitations and may not allow their showcase to exceed their allotted space, or spill into the 36" walkways due to safety reasons and state law.
​
•If you select an outdoor space you must provide your own canopy, weights, tables, and chairs if required.
• You will be provided with a timeline and event schedule upon acceptance as a vendor and as the event approaches.
• Your Showcase must remained staffed at all times until the end of the event.
• Clean up and tear down of rented space is Vendor responsibility.

• All Vendors must submit a prize or gift basket for raffle winners.
• There are NO REFUNDS for no show vendors.
